We’re looking for a new team member to help with food preparation for our counter display. The ideal candidate will keep our array of products creative, vibrant, and seasonal while learning on the job.
This role would suit someone with the drive to cut, create, and display our products while using their initiative to develop new offerings. Chef or cooking skills would be beneficial, as would previous butchery experience, but these aren’t essential for the right applicant.
All necessary training will be provided on the job.

Job Responsibilities:
– Stocking and maintaining the shop counter
– Cutting and preparing meat for display and sale
– Assisting customers with their selections
– Learning various butchery techniques from experienced staff
– Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met

Pay is relative to experience, with performance-based pay increase reviews at 6 and 12 months.
The pay bracket ranges from £11.50 to £13.50 per hour.
